Online Scheduling: Flow for Accepting New Patient Online Appointment Requests

You can now view the Online Request placeholder on the schedule page in CareCru, so you can visually see the date, time, chair, and provider that the appointment was suggested with.
To view the placeholder, navigate to the date of the online appointment request.

You now have the ability to see what provider and chair a placeholder is using for all Online Appointment Requests. This is particularly useful when a patient selects “No Preference” for the provider when requesting an appointment online, so you can see exactly what practitioner and chair was suggested for the availability.

Chat: Shared Cellphone Number Visibility + Patient Info Revamp

Changes to our chat feature allow you to better engage with your patients who share a phone number, making the chat experience seamless and efficient.

  • Enhanced visibility into the recipients that share the same number and into the family file, without having to switch from chat to the patient profile
  • Easier access to the Actions dropdown within the Chat view!
  • Richer data on patients details such as Head of Household, Point of contact and patient status

Key Highlights

  1. Point of Contact: (POC) for the cellphone number
  2. Recipients: Name(s) of all other patients who also share this cellphone number in their patient profiles
  3. Head of Household (HoH): Crown icon indicating if POC is also the HoH
  4. Status of Patients: Active or Inactive
  5. Family Members: view all other patients within the POC’s Family file who share the cellphone number, with a drill-in view of their personal information(1), family members(2), appointment details(3), and the ability to access the Actions menu(4)
  6. Additional Members: view any other patients outside the POC’s Family file that share the same cellphone number. Also includes a drill-in view of their personal information(1), family members(2), appointment details(3), and the ability to access the Actions menu(4)

Waitlist: Openings Automation

Our new Waitlist Automation feature Openings allows you to quickly fill any gaps in your schedule resulting from canceled or rescheduled appointments. 🎆🗓️🎆

With the Openings workflow, you’ll receive notifications on your Schedule page, which will use the power of your Waitlist to identify eligible patients that match the same Opening criteria. Then all you need to do is send out your mass text to those patients and fill that opening! ✔️

That’s right – this feature is going to do all the leg work for you, from identifying eligible patients to removing the notification card once the opening has been filled.

Linking Online Appt Request to Pending Appt does not Update Appt Status to Booked (Tracker)

When linking and online appointment request to an existing pending appointment in Tracker, the appointment status is not updating from Pending to Booked. Only the date/time of the pending appointment is being updated from the online appointment request.

Admin Role Unable to Edit/Delete Admin or User role accounts

Accounts set up with Admin user role access, should be able to edit and delete other accounts that are set as either Admin or User.
This function was no longer working, and has now been resolved.

400 Error when attempting to reset Password

Details:

Users were reporting at times, getting a 400 error when attempting to reset their password. This error was due to the password being found in a previous security breach with that email address on another website, and needing to enter a different password.

We have now included new messaging when this error occurs, so that the user knows how to resolve.
