Recent CareCru Updates
The following enhancements have been made to improve our Online Scheduling process.
- The button size has been changed for Next and Submit - narrower to be more evident an action is required:

- Review & Book progress bar only gets highlighted after the Submit Booking Request is clicked:

- On press of <-- or X on the widget, a warning is generated identifying the request has not been completed:

- If the browser is closed without submitting the request, a warning will appear on the browser:

Along with the existing Facebook and Google links, we have now integrated Instagram into our Email Templates.

To add this feature, just include your practice Instagram URL under Account Settings > General to have it included in your patient's emailed appointment reminders, recall reminders, and review requests. Don't forget to Save your changes! 😁

You now have the ability to prevent a review from being sent to a patient by appointment within CareCru's Schedule page.
This can be especially useful when you have a patient that did not have the best experience and you want to stop a review from being sent out, even while the patient is still in the office.
- Go to Schedule
- Click on the patient's appointment
- Toggle off the patient's Review Request

This will ensure that no review will be sent to the patient, for this appointment only.
If you want to turn off reviews for the patient permanently, you can still go into the Patient's Timeline, Click on Edit, and from the Settings tab, turn off the Reviews toggle.

Users can now link online appointment requests with existing pending appointments in Tracker.
When a request is accepted, the list of appointments suggested to match will now also display pending appointments. If a User chooses to link an online request with the pending appt:
- By default – the date, time, practitioner, and chair on the pending appt will be updated to match these details from the online request
- Users will also have the option to edit the appt further, like if they need to change it to a different time, date, chair or even patient (ie: if the appt was supposed to be linked to the child vs the parent)

When attempting to accept an online appointment request, the gender was not populating which forced the user to have to add it manually before being able to accept the appointment. This has now been resolved.
*For Tracker Practices Only
When linking an online appointment request to an existing pending appointment in Tracker, the appointment status was not updating from Pending to Booked. Only the date/time of the pending appointment is being updated from the online appointment request. This is now resolved.
Accounts set up with Admin user role access, should be able to edit and delete other accounts that are set as either Admin or User.
This function was no longer working, and has now been resolved.
